If you believe you were unfairly punished, you can appeal in our Discord server. Join via the link at the bottom of the page, navigate to the #support channel, and open a "Punishment Appeal" ticket. Please provide your Minecraft username and the exact reason shown when you try to join.

Store purchases typically process within 5 to 15 minutes. If you still haven't received your rank after 1 hour, please open a standard Support Ticket in our Discord and provide your Tebex Transaction ID (sent to your email). A manager will assign the rank manually.

We use a custom-coded Glicko-2 rating system adapted for Minecraft PVP. You gain ELO by defeating players with higher ratings and lose more ELO if defeated by lower-rated players. Ranks completely reset at the start of every new competitive season (every 3 months).

Rift is native to Minecraft 1.20 but supports any client joining from 1.19 and above via ViaVersion. For the most accurate hit-registration and lowest latency, we highly recommend using the Lunar Client or Badlion Client on 1.20.4.
